Safety Training Professionals (STP) is a WA owned and operated Registered Training Organisation (RTO No. 52431) that has been working in the training industry since February 2004. STP specialises in delivering Nationally Recognised Training for Mining, Resources, Construction, and Manufacturing Industries. Our safety training courses are NATIONALLY RECOGNISED with our PUBLIC COURSES running regularly at our premises in Jandakot. Our courses can be tailored to suit INDIVIDUAL, GROUP, and Company requirements.  

Our safety training courses are designed to meet or exceed the expected requirements and impart an understanding and, therefore, ownership of how a task is to be done correctly and safely. While the training outcomes must be met, we prefer to tailor the course to site-specific requirements, including the use of client procedures, systems, and documentation.

Although there are stringent requirements for the objectives to be met, the methods used to achieve these goals are flexible. This allows our instructors the ability to moderate while maintaining accountability and repeatability of our assessment strategies.

The safety requirements of our clients are paramount to our business. Therefore, we have established alliances with supply and service agents to provide clients with equipment sales and a complete safety package to ensure equipment is maintained and serviceable.

STP is constantly researching client needs and customising our safety training, and developing new courses to suit. We also provide consultancy services for site hazard assessments and audits, a compilation of safe working procedures, including risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and assistance with selecting appropriate safety equipment.

We also provide a broad range of training & consultancy services to meet the ever increasing demand for trained personnel. Industrial safety training such as confined space, safe working at heights, respiratory protection, and emergency response is an example of the ever increasing demand by employers seeking to provide a safe workplace for all employees, contractors, and visitors.

In the occupational environment, Green & White is used to define Safety – (Exit Signs, First Aid, Eye Wash, Muster Points, etc.), and blue and white indicate mandatory requirements – (Safety Glasses and Hearing Protection, etc.). Therefore, to reflect our core values of Safety and Compliance, we have chosen these colours for our company logo. It is also “NO ACCIDENT” that the forward moving arrows indicate our efforts to improve continuously.

Upon successfully completing an accredited course, we issue a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment and wallet-sized card. A Certificate of Attendance is issued for all non-accredited courses.

Training courses can be conducted on your site or at our training facility located at Jandakot.
