Participate in a Rescue Operation PUASAR022A

This nationally accredited course provides participants with the knowledge and skills to participate in rescue operations as part of a rescue team. This training covers a wide range of rescue and environmental situations.

Designed For
This Unit is for participants who are required to participate as part of a rescue team.

Pre-Requisites 
This course has a pre-requisite of HLTAID002 Provide basic emergency life support or higher. STP Can provide this training if required.

Delivery Mode
Face to face

Assessment
Participants must have the ability to read and write English and be able to perform practical and theoretical assessment as required.

Course Details 
Individual bookings:

  • Where: Unit 2, 84 Solomon Road, Jandakot WA 6164.
  • Duration: 4 hours (1.5 days combined with Provide Basic Emergency Life Support)
  • Time: 8.00am to 12.00pm
  • Dress: Clean standard work wear, enclosed safety shoes, long shirt and pants

  • casualty assessment
  • principles of initial casualty management
  • management of fractures and soft tissue injuries

Upon Completion
